When I was younger I could learn how to get by in any language pretty quick. Did us proud on holidays. .
Now, I cant even remember the english name for that thing you use to write stuff down.
" wheres my er um er umm, thingymebob?"
 
Dutch
Limburgs dialect. It's a completely different language compared to Dutch
English
German. Can understand and read everything. Find speaking it and writing more difficult.

Native English speaker, fluent in Dutch. Largely thanks to my girlfriend who won't let me speak english in the house because she's a bad racist.

Not sure if I’ve already said it in this thread but Dutch is the closest language to English other than Frisian. I became interested in Dutch due to making lots of friends from the Netherlands on holiday - the problem as an English speaker is that Dutch speakers are usually so good at English it’s hard to practice because they just reply in English.
