So who tips in here when dining out for food?

Do you feel guilty if you don't?

Personally I don't tip unless it's an exceptional service! I want to know if I should feel guilt as i walk from my table and the waiting staff wish us farewell and i have not left them some shrapnel...

Generally do tip particularly if the waiting staff were good or, at least, did their best...

If the service is good, I always tip directly to the waiter-waitress involved.

If included in the bill, the staff never see it in my experience.

I do, as I'm a sound customer and decent human being, also, people need to be more aware of tipping cultures when traveling, you are in someone elses country, pay attention to how it works, you bunch of knuckle dragging brexit weapons

I work in hospitality. Usually the tips are shared by all of the staff working. It can sometimes be a few bob, but usually isn't, stingy public.

I was in the Maldives last year and you are expected to tip there. Bit of a culture shock as it's pretty optional here.

Always 10% so long as the meal is at least what I expect. More if the service or food is particuatly good.

It's not often that it would bother me, but if you get terrible service, i wouldnt want to pay more for it!
