Labour are recruiting across the country and paying full time members 24,000 per annum. Job will be to create 2-3 footsoldiers in every ward across the constituency, build up a core database of voters, deliver an effective message that resonates with people both locally and nationally, building alternative ways to communicate policies instead of posting leaflets that end up in the bin and turn voters off, work with the parliamentaty candidate on the 2015 campaign, monitor conservative candidates financial backers in constituency and build strong relationships with local media. Labour lost races because they didnt have enough footsoldiers on the ground to promote their message. In 2008/2012 obama introduced this same policy employing over 2000 people across 2000 counties in america in 12 states to nullify the republican "rich old white collar" army that always turn out to vote as they have nothing better to do from winning races.

Is 24k a fair salary for the amount of work you will have to do and responsibility?
