From the little I have seen, I agree. I'm sure they paid plenty for him (£15m?) so I think they knew he had it.

Dunno about regular next season but he'll see a fair amount of game time. He looks a proper player and my Chelsea-supporting brother in law raves about him.

But then he raved about Gael Kakuta, so I don't quite know what to think.
