Koeman's midfield formation

Whilst appreciating that Koeman normally lines up 4/3/3 or 4/2/3/1 I think that Witsel and Mata , together with our existing players would give us a great diamond formation in midfield and would allow us to play 2 up top.

I could see a midfield of Barry / Mc Carthy / Besic ( one of )

I'd like us to play with two up front but only see that in 4-4-2 and that means Barkley is benched or Mata out wide left.
