So we have in

Erwin Koeman - Assistant Manager
Jan Kluitenberg - Fitness Coach
Duncan Ferguson - Coach

The Echo reports a goalkeeping coach in the next few days.

Any other coaching roles we need to bring in?

Do we need an upgrade on our existing physio's?

New scouts? Obviously a DOF is looking very likely.

....I think it's easier to say there will be a new structure to the organisation of
the back room staff. I'm not sure what that looks like from a hierarchy perspective.

We need a goalkeeping coach and possibly another first team coach, Dennis Lawrence needs to be replaced. Hopefully not with David Unsworth though, he is doing a great job for U21. Hibbo and Ossie if they are retiring should get a place as only youtch team coaches, Tim Cahill is still playing... so I would love to see us keeping Joe Royle if he would be interested!
