Not even sure when nolans contract runs out, but I heard today the above is done and dusted.

I would assume that kewell is taking a hefty pay cut.
And I also assume that nolan is going to lay off the pies.

or they can both sod off!

Theyre not going to improve the first team so I would swerve them mate.

I agree, I wasnt very impressed with those two.

kewell's a cack injury prone fairy.

I'm sure I remember nolan being half decent at one time, but I have to really try hard to remember...

I'd be happy if that was true.

We really need to add some depth to the squad over the summer. Whilst neither of them would add a massive amount of quality, they'd be decent squad players

Wouldn't mind Kewell, if his wages was low - if only to piss them lot off.

Very good player when he was fit.

I think he's settled and really doesnt want to upsticks, likewise his missus.
So he's prepared to accept a bit of a paycut for the convenience.*

He hasnt got what you'd call a burning desire to pull a blue shirt on though**

* no one else wants him anyway.
** till we qualify for the cl above his current employers.

I dont want them for squad players, if we find some players better than what we have in our first team then the likes of Neville, Osman & Carsley go to being squad players which is better.

Bolton captain Kevin Nolan has committed his future to the Trotters by signing a new contract.

Nolan's new deal is a two-year extension to his current one and will keep him at the club until 2011.

I would have loved to see nolan here a year or two ago, now I wouldn't take him unless on a free/nominal fee.

I guess we have improved?

Dont think either would improve our squad, So no to both. Their must be better players out their that moyes is looking at.

Thats if we want to move to the next level.

I'm not a big fan of Kewell either but on his day, he could flat out play.

Any chance that IF he were to come here, that having Aussie teammate Cahill would help him acclimate to the squad?

Hypothetically speaking of course.

It would be a sad day at Everton F.C if we signed Harry Kewell,i'd be amazed if we are even considering it,and not amazed in a pleasant way either. As for Nolan, we've moved on now, are standards are higher, unless of course he was to fill the Carsley role on a short term basis until Rodwell finally breaks through.
