I remember Kev as a grafter who always gave 100% and would have been different class had he been blessed with more pace.
The best game I saw him play for us was a home game against Chelsea which ended 1-1, he scored with a header but ran their defence ragged.
As a pundit he is quite cool and concise, doesn't get excited a la Wrighty, gives a frank, honest opinion and doesn't pander to the populous.
Just wondered what the thoughts on Kev from the rest of the GOT clan out there was.

My main memory of him as a player for us was where he seemingly got himself deliberately sent of against Spurs in his last match. I think he was booked twice in about 10 minutes, and was probably lucky it hadn't happened earlier. Think we actually went on to beat them at WHL for the first time in donkeys. Couple of days later we sold him.

When we got beat 2-0 down at Fulham one year (Carsley missed a sitter and I think Beattie missed a pen, sure it was the season we finished fourth) he was given the ball in acres of space, step over with his right foot, kicked it off the pitch with the outside of his left lol
What's not to love?

Kev is a great fella. Had the pleasure to share a pint or three with him on occasion over the years and always found him to be great company and has a great knowledge of football. All round good egg. It's definitely a yes from me.
