Player Valuation: £225k
He seems to be angling for a transfer up to the Prem.

Hypothetically, if he was to cost say £6m, would anyone be keen?

Hardly the big name signing we have been looking for, but at the moment it's getting beyond desperate.

I genuinely can't work out who comes in if Neville and Gosling are injured. 2 more kids obviously, but we've already got 7 on the bench.

What a mess.

He was awful last season.

Yeah he did but i think that had more to do with reading being absolute [Poor language removed].

He has bags of potential though. If he moves to anyone else for example to us or villa or some team who are a bigger step than reading he will do well.

I'm not saying he's amazing - but he's the type of player Moyes used to buy - hard working, versatile, team player etc. He could do a job.

But with very few options so late in the day I thought I'd throw one up in the air. Wouldn't surprise me if he is a last minute deal for a Prem team.

I'd take Mrs Doyle from father Ted right now........

Yeah i heard that negotiaiton fell apart even though Mrs Doyle was heard repeatadily saying

AH GO ON!!.... Go On Go On Go on.. etc...

She seemed desperate for the move sort of like that Mbia chap:D

If you had to choose between Doyle and Smith though - now there's a thought.

Not the best of options but that's the sort of stuff we're left with.

I'd pick Doyle without a doubt. In all honestly, he is a decent player and he would offer something. Shane Long isn't a bad player either.

What a thought!! Mido could be joining Wigan on a seasons loan - I think I would prefer him to those two, shame we didn't go in for Cisse.
