I remember Amo was absolutely fantastic in the 1994 World Cup and I thought we'd signed a worldie. Unfortunately he never really replicated that. Of course, this was all pre-Internet so it was much harder to know his prior history and all that, and his form with us was probably a realistic reflection of his talents.
