You know, Colombia was supposed to have then 1986 World Cup but they were stripped of it due to security concerns

Maybe it times Qatar were also stripped of the World Cup?

It's been one giant PR disaster from the start. Australia, America, Japan and Korea could all host it just fine. Just let them bid again for it

On hearing the news FIFA's executive committee made no comment.....

How can they be "appalled?" That implies that they were somehow surprised by the work conditions. This has been going on in Qatar for decades.
 
This needs to moved fast, before any of the monuments to FIFA's corruption and moral failure are completed and we're reminded of the tragedy on a daily basis.

Australia sounds good. They've qualified before. They've never had a World Cup. They're still in Asia. Take it, please. xD
