Zatara

Player Valuation: £100m
Howard
Hibbert
Osman

Are not good enough

Saha
Cahill
Neville

Are finished

Jagielka
Heitinga
Distin

Cannot form a solid defensive partnership

Is there still anyone out there who disagrees with me (other than Moyes) that these 9 players should be offloaded and our younger players brought into the first 11 ?

EDIT -- I forgot about Bilyaletdinov and Anichebe.....

I agree. Baffling that in being 3-0 down Neville came on. One of the worst substitutions ive ever seen. Problem is moyes NEVER learns from proven facts. Howard cannot defend crosses is a liability, Osman cant cope physically. Hibbert is crap. Bily must be puzzled by the fact he cant get a game here.We have to question Moyes's judgement ,hes had years to know Neville is not a midfield player.

I predict a loss whenever I see Hibbert and Osman in the team.....

I predict a loss whenever I see Distin and Jagielka in defence......

I predict a loss when I see Saha and Cahill starting.....

Next game lets go with this then:
Mucha
Coleman Heitinga Mustafi Baines
Gueye Rodwell Fellaini Drenthe
Barkley
Vellios

good?

Not sure about Mustafi in there.....but otherwise YES. Looks a far better team than the one out there today.

Far more attack minded with players in correct positions.

It's true though, none of them are able to form a partnership......shocking really.

If not for the falling out I'd have Yobo starting with Jagielka....as it is Heitinga should be starting +1.

We would get slaughtered 5 nil by fulham.

The midfield and attack has more balance than the current system. Also the players are more dynamic and have the ability to shoot.

If there was a superstar centre back in for Mustafi then the defence would be better than the current one -- especially with Coleman at left back.

I think we'd beat Fulham 4-0.

I said it in the other thread, and I'll say it again. Osman and Hibbert are usually pretty solid players for us, and I think today they just had off days unfortunately. Osman has been one of our best attacking players since Pienaar left, and Hibbo usually is pretty good for us.

Howard, despite making a few mistakes, is still a class goalkeeper. He's saved us a lot more points than he's cost us in the past. There is no reason he should be dropped at all.

If anything, I think Jags should be dropped for a bit. I'm not too sure what's happened to him, but he's been in a really poor run of form lately. I think Heitinga should get a run out there, or maybe even Rodwell. Distin shouldn't be dropped as long as he's fit enough to play. He is our best defender out and out.

I think Saha is still good enough to start for us. Today I think he was one of the better players on the pitch. He was holding up the ball quite well and making good runs. If anything I would like to see Vellios get a run of games in over Cahill. I think he's proven enough so far this season that he deserves a good run of games up front.

Saha would get the ball but kept loosing it.
Osman has been inconsistent all this season.
I dont mind hibbert but I think Coleman should get a chance
I agree with Howard though, he has saved games for us and one mistake shouldnt have him loose his place.

So that'd be every game then??

We'll lose every game left in the season if Moyes persists in sending the team out with a "try not to lose, they are better than us" mindset, which hasn't worked for the last three games.
Then todays managerial masterstroke of replacing Cahill with Neville just made me go to bed. (we have to stay up until 2am down here). 3-0 down !! "Well we dinna wan' te loose b'more" Och the feckin noo!

Moyes is stuck in a rut, he's had the same team for years and refuses to change it, or he doesnt know how too. Someone needs to send his mum around to slap him back to being a smart manager.
