so pompey are already in Europe right. I know there's already a thread about it but i want to focus on that specific aspect. If Cardiff are ineligible for the england spot, pompey are runners up at worst so aren't they already in?

the reason i'm asking is people are still going on saying we shouldn't count on portsmouth to win the FA cup, but why does it matter, i thought they're in either way?

Becasue there is a good chance that the FA and UEFA will let Cardiff could go to Europe. I personally think if they win it they deserve to go.
