i couldnt stomach that fella, call me over-sensitive but if LFC where shafted like us on satday- there would be no banter, no light hearted quips, no frivolous comments or tongue-in-cheek takes on the match- it would be deadly serious, how can the game be put to rights/lets look at this in earnest frown mode. f`christsake some kopites are still blubbering on about the `cast iron, nailed on pens` at stoke and convieniently `forgotten` about the 2 offside goals they got at arsenal. LFC- changing history as usual.

I'm slightly confused- no one on that show was a LFC fan, so where's the LFC rant coming from?

As for light-hearted quips, I don't think I made any, considering how angry I still am, having paid truckloads of money to get there to watch that. PLus I've lost friends on FB because of expressing my opinion, and I've written to the FA. Not a light-hearted response from me...

As for Charlie, he's a Manc. He hates Liverpool just as much.

hay flip, i got no grumps the way you came across, but the announcer opening up with `disgraceful tackle, ref applied the letter of the law blah, blah`- sorry but, nice tho his sense of humour may be - NO TIME IS EVER WASTED ON FLIPPANT COMMENTS IN ANY CASE OF LFC BEING WRONGED. like i said - call me over-sensitive. maybe for a while (and rightly so)there will be comparisons between the decisions EFC get and the ones LFC get- past and present. rant over (for now)

he was a bit strange..... all the `beatles this, beatles that`- i dont like the beatles myself, but i dont think this city has milked them enough, jeez - ringos old house is being knocked down as we speak. his humour didnt come over at all.
