I have recently joined the website and have been automatically promted to make a posting.

I have been following Everton since my first game at Goodison in 1955 and went to all of the great games hone and away during the sixties.

I moved to Glasgow in 1979, and have been working abroad since then so I don't get many chances to come down to Goodison. The last time I came down was for the opening game of the 09-10 season and the 6-1 defeat by Arsenal, exactly the same score as the game at home in 1959 which I also went to.

Welcome mate.... Please don't go to any more games against Arsenal for all our sakes. Lots on here are a bit down at the minute after yesterdays result, Its not always this bad.

I am in Abu Dhabi at the moment so I don't think I will be making it to Goodison this season, anyway it's painful enough watching them either on TV here or streaming on the computer, yesterdays game being a prime example.......
