It was ok, but just exhausting. 1 hour with 2 of them asking basically the same 4 questions again and again.
Then an hour exam.
Then a role play thing. Phone based, trying to get a pretend Harley St doctor interested in travel insurance ffs! Not that they flog travel insurance, it was just a generic topic to see how I got on, but I had to sound like I knew about medical stuff, while talking to a pretend Doctor!!

Then feedback. They seemed impressed I found out he was a pretend Harley St doctor for some reason.
