Just 1 Question......

Good thread.

It's funny really because he's such a difficult player to value due to the basically non-existent fee we paid for him.

Obviously when Fellaini went we had to say "more than we paid for him" and look for factors to determine a fee; age, form, profile, etc.

Seamus has his best years ahead of him and should be compared to players of a similar nationality in the same league.

Glen Johnson was the same age (25) as Seamus is now (25) when he joined the RS for 18m.

He is absolutely phenomenal, imo miles better than Baines has been this season. Oviedo also looks mint.

Best right back I've known for Everton, just like Baines is the best LB I have known. Lol at how we go from the painfully rubbish Hibbert to Coleman in one swift transition.

Credit must go to David Moyes for finding and bring him in, loaning him out for the experience and then introducing him to the first team.

Dont know why Moyes left, he wants baines, he already took Fellaini and now he must be gutted he lost out on coleman, barkley and stones

Ano. He left behind some great players, as he liked to point out before and after we played them, but funnily enough the ones he was probably referring to didn't get a look-in under old Moisty.

He deserves credit for finding Coleman and getting Stones in, but Hibbert stunk the place out for years and Coleman could and probably should have had that right back place for himself, while Barkley has shown this season the form he possibly could have last season had he been afforded the game time.
