I think that plus moyes's drive and scouting prowess is a big part of why he gets it right most of the time................Just look at QPR they are wasting so much facking money on easy players who wont give them the most bang for their buck just coz they want success now.

Well said sir, although having said that at Aberdeen back then he had a lot of talent at his disposal. The standard now is much higher and its far harder to succeed in European competition, I doubt any manager in the world could go to a team like Aberdeen and lift a major trophy like that.
