Berg says his Everton trial "cemented my belief that my ambition of being a top international goalkeeper is more than justified".

"Chris Woods [Everton goalkeeper coach] felt that although I was at a high enough level to make the squad, he was particularly looking for a number two who could challenge Tim Howard from day one.

"He said that this was definitely attainable for me in the future but not imminently. He just simply didn’t have any other openings in the squad at this time."

Everton turned him down cos he wasn't ready yet, what a stupid decision! if anything we need a young goalkeeper to replace howard in say 5 years, he'd be perfect! just keep him in the reserves! don't understand everton at times

so we need a number 2 to challenge howard which is saying mucha is ****. so mucha is probably aware that he is **** and will be leaving. thus leaving us with hanerman and thats it.

Check two minutes into the video, guy strikes me as a total happy-rich can-have-whatever-he-wants-in-life kind of khunt.

So first he's slugging it out trying to make it in RSA, like pienaar out of the slums, and the next year he's studying effing philosophy at one of the most hardcore, and expensive universities on the eastern seaboard in the US? Which he doesn't even bother finishing? What a jerk.
