Well listen to me, get excited by Baxter. Had a better first half, but I think second half he is relaxing more - especially with the 2-0 scoreline. Very professional.
Keeper for us Davies is someone to watch too, very good. Great Academy we have.

Anyone got any opinions on the game last night?
Really impressed with Baxter, the Keeper Davies and the bald fella from Charlton.
They seem to be above their station, the rest look that they belong at that level, but in comparison they look poor. But that's because the other 3 are that good.
One thing to note is last year John Bostock from Palace was shining, he has now made his debut for Palace first team at the age of 15yrs 287 days. I really expect Baxter to play in the reserves this season and then perhaps get a place on the bench in next years lesser games.

Im excited.
Baxter does sound good. I'd be more excited if Kissock was our own Fabregas though. We've developed a few top notch strikers down the years but very few midfielders, unless you count Osman, which I doubt you do

Not great is it? We've had a degree of success in defence with the likes of Dunne, Ball and Hibbert all forging Premier League careers of reasonable note, but the only midfielders are Osman and McCann. Hopefully Kissock will make the grade and him, Rodwell and Baxter will form the spine of our team for the next decade.
