Jurrasic Park for me to be honest, but let's face it - most of his stuff is pretty epic.

Too bad he only works with Spielberg, I would have liked to see his efforts on a LOTR soundtrack, even if Howard Shore did an okay job

My own favourite is Schindler's List with Itzhak Perlmans superb violin. makes me cry every time.
