Player Valuation: £35m
What is he up to these days?

We were linked to him in the summer, but nothing ever came from that deal. He is still on Real Betis's roster, but i believe he hasn't played a game for them all season. I remember him trying to sue Betis to release him, so i can't imagine he has a very good relationship with the club.

with our squad stretched a bit thin for the month of february due to the nations cup, would it be worth it to take a shot and getting him on loan. He captained the swiss national side less than a year ago, and at 30 years old he's not too old to play for us, but still old enough to add experience to our squad.

right now i'd really want to know is if he's even playing football anymore, does anyone know if he's making appearances for their reserve team or anything?

moyes had faith in making a move for vogel, a defensive mid with pedigree is definately a good move, especially on a free. it appears he is running his contract down, its a game of ego now between him and the betis chairman.

I heard he smelled like a rare type of cheese, Prattigauer. Incidentally a rich and nutty washed-rind cow's milk cheese aged by master Swiss affineur Rolf Beeler.
