Couple of issues with the piece:

1-- Bringing in someone alongside Jagielka.

No, we need to bring someone alongside John Stones.

2-- Bring in young competition for Howard

No we need a young replacement for Howard.

Pretty fair article.

One thing that stood out for me as inaccurate was this:

"LEFT WING: This is an area where Everton really lacks depth. More often than not, we have seen Steven Naismith and Ross Barkley slot in at left wing, with varying success."

We have loads of depth on the left. Pienaar, Mirallas, Oviedo and McGeady can all play there. The right wing, by comparison, is where our cupboard is bare. We need a genuine starter to take up the RW spot, allowing Mirallas to play on the left (where he is best) and McGeady to go on the bench. It will also allow Pienaar, Oviedo and Atsu a little more time to get up to full fitness.
