Where there's lots of cash involved, and big money contracts to be had, there are going to plenty of 'brown envelopes' being handed out. That's how it is and always will be. It's just a case of finding where the paper trail leads, and who cracks first and opens their mouth. But in this country, a person is innocent until proven guilty. So let's remember that before we start judging the thieving, money-grabbing, corrupt [Poor language removed].
