Grabbing players who didn't cut it at their last club for whatever reason is what we've always done well here. I can't blame him for the move. He did well under Brenda at Swans and probably tripled his salary.
If Bob wants him I'm fine with it. Barry could get really old in a hurry if he comes back and Gibson is forever injured. I'm thinking that his wages might be too high for someone who would be behind McCarthy, Barry and perhaps Gibson. We could use the depth if we are in the UEFA cup.
