Player Valuation: £15m
No.No.No...Please lads tell me it's not true..please!

This has got to be the RS media sticking the boot in surely?

Was on BBC Gossip column I think. Cant see it though. They would want daft money, and even if we had the cash, would rather it was used for a you know what.

To be honest he would fit very well in to the style Martinez is trying to implement here. He's not worth the money that lot paid nor is he the ''Welsh Xavi'' but he's a tidy player who is very good in a team that likes both the ball and pressing the opposition.

He has the exact game as Arteta does now. Low risk East-west passing. It worked well on Swans because they had a lot less defensive derpage with him. However I'm not sure what he'd actually bring to us. Gibson is much better than he is defensively, granted Gibson is never healthy either.

Maybe 1-2M for depth, I'm guessing his wages are insane and he's going to have to agree to a major pay cut like Adam did.

Christ Allen is the last player we need (unless Roberto sees him as an improvement on McCarthy).

We need attacking players (a creator and 2 strikers) not more of the same what we have.

For a few million he would be a decent squad player but I would imagine they wouldn't give him to us on the cheap.

He looked very mobile too me this av. Works very well in a high pressing midfield.

he presses yes, but i wouldn't call him box-to-box.

he also didn't play the whole game today. at swansea, next to leon britton, they kind of won the ball and played non-interesting 5 yard passes to keep possession sitting deep in the process, but nothing penetrating or game changing.
