Why do we even bother (Everton that is)?

I went in today and just by chance i saw a Everton 3rd kit in my size (OS is sold out of adult sizes), was gonna get one with Fernandes on the back, but they told me that they cannot do it because they dont know what [Poor language removed] letters to use?

They are so imcompetent its unbelievable ffs.
