..well, I would offer up Wilmar Barrios.

It’s a suggestion with reasoning because we were linked in summer but his Argentinian club (Boca Juniors) said they wanted to keep him until January. He impressed me when playing for Columbia in the World Cup and has a £15m release clause that would be reduced in January.

Given Brands links to S America and the summer rumour, it’s not the most speculative suggestion.
