SSN seem to think it'll be 6 months.

Gutted for him but seems we had a lucky escape, I get a feeling he'll be injured for his entire career.....

Why can't these problems strike bellends like Tevez?

Vaughany is such a nice guy and was a great talent. It's just a shame he's made out of glass.

Gutted for Vaughany,how can one player be so unlucky with so many injuries?
I honestly think its down to his honesty and bravery!

Gutted for the lad, wanted him to succeed so much, my type of player gives 100% everytime he's on the pitch and is a bit of a snide to the opposition.

While it is a massive shame, and I feel for the lad, there is a difference between Vaughan and guys like Saha, Joe Cole, or Hargreaves who are also frequently injured.

Vaughan plays a VERY combative game and his body just can't take it. I LOVE him for his tenacity on the field, but I believe that same style contributes to his injury record. If his body could handle it, he could be a fine prem player. If he toned that part of his game down a little, he could be a fine championship player and stay on the field.

I dig him, I wish him the best. Now that he's not ours though, I'd rather seem him playing at 80% and be on the field than having those moments of brilliance followed by months with the physio.
