I was so happy for Panama... which turned into utter delight as USMNT inserted, then turned, the knifeblade. Feel a little bit heart-broken for Panama, but not at all disappointed with the US finish.

Two goals in two minutes (less than two minutes I think) and the Panama goes from playoff bound to out while Mexico just the opposite.

That was so awesome, I don't know what to say. I was torn the whole night between not wanting to lose and wanting to make mexico suffer, but in the end, I'll take a win.

The football was went from hideous to sublime and I can't help but feel really, really sorry for the Panamanians. At least you know US ain't throwin' no games for anyone.

You really do feel for the Panamanians. Identical to what Bornstein did to Costa Rica in 2009 qualifying in the last match in the last minute.
