I've had enough of it all

What is love?
The rat race I mean. Surely there must be more to life than getting out of bed at 6am to get stuck in traffic on the way to work, to then work behind a screen for 7 hours a day and then to get stuck in traffic on the way home and to repeat the above 5 days a week.

I don't mind my job at all, but I've just had enough of general life in its current state.

There must be another way, surely? There must be more to life than this.

Work from home if it's a computer screen your stuck behind.

I'm currently working my bollocks off to pass an exam that'll hopefully mean I can take things a bit easier and work from home a lot more, go off for appointments as and when I need them and if it comes off I'll earn far more but do less work and have more time with the kids and to travel and clear debt which is a proper drain.

Can't be arsed with traffic and being stuck in an office for another 30 years. It's a bit cringey but isn't one of those sayings something like 'work to live rather than live to work', some truth in it though.

I'm saving as much money as I can and pissing of to Alaska to live off the land. Hunting n fishing n building me a log cabin to see out my days in.

Koff world

Planning on doing pretty much the same in March. But in my little corner of North Somerset. Binned off the "real" world a few years ago, so just got to decide what small job I will do instead of the 6 day week, 52 weeks of the year one I do atm. (Which I enjoy doing, but it leaves no time for other stuff.)

Probably deliver part time for Sainsburys or sommet. Or arrange a 3/4 day a week on the parcels.

Book some annual leave citizen, get away, read a few books, drink some wine.
