ITV Racing coverage.

I was sceptical at first but I must say they have put a sparkle back into the televised racing.

Ed Chamberlain is a great anchor.

Francesca Cumani is not only gorgeous she is stylish and very knowledgeable about the world of horse racing as those who watched her on CNN’s Winning Post would know.

Sally Anne Grassick is a great addition to the team.

Hayley Turner, Matt fron ATR, wee Luke Harvey, Jadon Weaver and the rest.

The coverage fron Chester this past two days had been great

I still haven’t backed any winners though

..yep, I don’t mind it. The Saturday morning show is ok as well.

I like how they have allowed the banter between Harvey and Weaver on ATR to carry on on ITV.

Better than Channel 4 had become. Once they got rid of McCririck and Francombe Ch 4 had become stale and boring. ITV do a good job, and Ed Chamberlain is a very good anchor man.

Those 2 are great, used to love watching them on Friday Night racing on ATR.

I wonder if Sally Ann is a daughter of the old Irish jockey, Christy Grassick?

The Mullins, Walshes, Prendergasts, Hughes, Maddens, the Aiden O’Briens, the Vincent O’Briens (Vincent’s daughter is Mrs. J.P. Magnier), McGraths etc.

..she’s certainly part of the Grassick racing family. I think she spent a few years working in France because I saw her interviewing a winning French rider and she is fluent. They are racing dynasties in Ireland, you’re very right.

..she is Luca’s daughter. I think she married a polo player and lives much of her life in Australia.

Unless it’s Dubai, was watching a race there and with 2 furlongs to go it switched to the adverts, true.

Learned some interesting facts about Chester this week.

Ryan Moore 7/4 with Betfred to ride a winner today, get on.

The Royal Ascot broadcasts have made for splendid TV viewing.

The Morning Line just now was excellent.
