Its all Moyes Fault.........

Thing is, what were some people on here saying in the week?

You know, the same people who said we'd **** our pants against the rs at Wembley.

Thats right, that we'd turn up at OT today and give them a game, that we'd play well and go out to try and score some goals rather than sit back and attempt to defend all game.

And we did. When we the pressure was off and we weren't expected to win to played well, we set up well, we went to try and score goals.

Which is funny, loads of people liked to give the excuse for last week that our players weren't good enough to beat the rs and they spent more money than us so we had no chance.

Well same goes for United and look what happened? We didn't buy into that crap and we actually decided to play our game and got our rewards.

The excuses last week included that they got the momentum after the equaliser and we couldn't compete with them? Well United had the momentum today after twice having a 2 goal lead but we didn't just roll over we kept going and got our rewards.

And please, don't try and tell me the only difference was Pienaar. He played well because we as a team allowed him to do so, If we sat back like in previous years he wouldn't of been in the positions he was to do what he did.

And as much as it sucks to take Fellaini out of his best position, it just shows again how poor Cahill is behind the striker and how much we improve with a better footballer there.

This post needs reading - A LOT.

Last week: absolutley no excuses whatsover. No talent chasm, no hard luck story...just a matter of a team and its manager having no guts to carry the fight to the opposition.

This on toast.

not pro or anti just why can't everything David Moyes go into one thread called David Moyes its a lot easier to keep a tab on things

That's what I've been thinking for ages. There will always be new ones made every week though. And either way, every thread descends into a Moyes argument anyway.
