I left my last band due to illness, or basically because I needed operations on my back.
I taught for a while but the wife decided the house wasn't big enough to give up a room. I still play occasionally, but as BB King once said, the thrill is gone.

I mostly play tenor but I'm doing baritone on this tour. For those unsaxophonic, baritone is the big sax Lisa Simpson plays. Not as big as the bass sax (very rare indeed, only 13 in the country I believe).

Didn't know you were a horn player mate, lets start a GOT horn section!

Techniqually I think I count as bass section, the horns sit on the other side to me. But yeah we should totally start a club or something.

Ans i'm sure my Cousin had a bass sax. Was a bloody huge thing. Probably about 5 ft long.

My baritone's about 4ft 8 so must be that one... bass saxes are about 7ft and cost about £12000 so if he's got one get it on e bay!

Hahahaha thanks mate!!

Unfortunately the Liverpool gig was a bit on the lame side, the crowd didn't take to Mr Cole at all!! Lots of tumbleweed on stage while he was talking to the audience.

Not that I'm overly bothered, I'm normally on my Iphone between songs!

Review said that the band were generally excellent so I'm just going to focus on that bit!! well, that and the bit where I get paid at the end of the week! Kerching!
