Also what's that hella shiny new looking building by the docks I saw the other week? Hadn't been down there in years and was like oooooo pretty. Don't think it was the Echo. Didn't look arena-y.

there are a few new buildings in that area now. New museum, lots new office/apartment blocks, new arena, conference centre and of course lpool 1.

Yeah thought it might have been a museum tbh. Yeah I go L1 all the time. Just hadn't been down to The Docks in a couple of years except for one night me and my mate went down there and sat over the edge chucking our guts up into the water simultaneously but I didn't really notice my surroundings then. The building is kinda pointy looking. Looks awesome.

If it's right on the waterfront and grey then it's the new museum.

If it's set back a bit on Mann Island and is black, then it's a new residential complex for assorted rich folks.

When the deal for us to take kings dock fell through it had to be made into something else, in this case an arena. It's been massively scaled down aswell, think it was meant to be 50000 seater stadium now its a 21000 capacity (standing and seating for gigs) arena and convention centre with a roof. That's why it cant be resurrected.

If rodwell wasn't sent off in the Derby, baines scores that free kick against utd and Stracqualursi puts that header in the top corner in the last minute against chelsea in the cup. Trying to focus on stuff from this season.
