Issues with typing in the form boxes

I'm struggling to post on here, on a windows laptop, its is laggy, cant copy and paste in these form boxes, anyone having issue typing in these form boxes, missing letters, pain in the arse

the keyborard workswith everything else just this forum is a pain in the arse

The issue is caused by the Explorer browser, now using Chrome which is working perfect.
