Sorry guys this is too sensitive an issue, there are strong feelings on both sides, and ultimately this thread will end up with arguments, recriminations and bannings, none of which I want to see.

We have a no politics rule which we are relatively relaxed about but on super sensitive subjects like this it ought to be enforced.
