* I had to google it.

Ha!

Saying that i learn something new about Excel and Outlook nearly everyday!

Yesterday i did something to Outlook that made my whole system shut down so I had to leave early.

Needless to say i'll be doing the same thing today.

Is it possible to be a manager, but have no one beneath you to manage? Well yes, that's me apparently

I do have to report to a Director, who is pretty boss (horrific pun intended). He supports Villa, Damo knows of him, but apart from that, he sings my praises all the time which is pretty cool. I do however know that he takes the glory a lot for the work I do for him, which at times is a bit annoying. I work from home in the evenings and any sick days, pretty much because I like my boss, I wouldn't bother if I didn't like him. He's a laugh, gets the work done and is crap with a computer, so it makes me look like some kind of hero when I have to show him how to print on both sides of the paper.

So....My job is only as good as it is, because of my manager. Yes.

We've recently got a few new managers in for other departments, who have already made bad impressions by being known as bullies or people that "follow the rules" strictly. If my boss was to leave, I'd probably consider my job here

Haha epic. Proper laughing here Al'.

Some great replies in this thread.

Cheers again lids.
