Being woken up by some bloke with a chainsaw outside your house at stupid o'clock in the morning?

Needing a chainsaw, not having one, and then finding that some herbert on the internet is COMPLAINING about having one nearby. There is a MASSIVE tree down at the end of our street and no sign of the council doing anything to even get it out of the road.... there's a year's worth of firewood there and I've no means of carving it up.
