Hypothetically if no new additions were made I wouldn't be worried; we've the same first team as last season (bar Howard) and despite finishing 11th none of us went into the season thinking "yep we're gonna come bottom half".

It's all about how they're trained and set up.

As it stands no absolutely not, not if we want to finish top four. Realistically we need a top class keeper, an athletic beastly CB, a rolls Royce playmaker and another top striker.

That's kind of where I was going with that. Any manager worth their salt would not sit back and truthfully say "That's good enough".
