Is it safe to say that next seasons top 4 is already sorted

Don't we say the same every season though? On paper, yes those 4 teams should take out the top 4 spots, but the last few years have shown that it is not quite as straightforward as that - who would have predicted Chelsea finishing 5th a couple of seasons ago?

This time though mate arsenal who are the weakest of the top 4 look to be spending big, spurs will aswell as the RS, we are also without moyes and dont know how RM is going to do I think top 6 is a pipedream unless the board shocks us with some ambition this season, keeping felli and baines, sell jelavic, heitinga, gueye and naismith and use that money alongside RM, s budget for Bony, Fer, mcgeady and a CB
