just to update.i finally got through to the live web chat this morning which was down all day yesterday and they sent me on a new url/code and i put that in and boom it is back working again.

google VPN it you can pay on a month trial or annually - stops your isp provider showing you what you are using as most now throttle your speed - get clued up on Google it first then pick the one with the best feedback there are many VPNs out there. not expensive ok
