Probably good for telling which city the user accesses the internet from. For more specific detail you'd need to contact the ISP who probably aren't going to tell you unless your law enforcement with the necessary court order.

Personally I use a non-logging VPN for my Hanna Barbara cartoon based smut so even my ISP has no idea it's me looking at it.
