I had this a while ago (and genuinely wasn't banned at the time) My mobile was showing me as banned but when I got home my pc let me login in fine

Do you use vpn? I've faced the similar problem with banned ip addresses appointed by my vpn. I’ve tried to resolve the problem and checked ip addresses on different websites. As it turned out, they appoint blacklisted ips that were caught spamming therefore blocked by many sites.
