Player Valuation: £1m
Hi Guy's, Does anyone else think that Moyes is putting all his egg's into one basket and going for the 'big' name we all wanted?
We are spending nothing on the likes of Jacobsen, Castillo and other rumours such as Motta are either loan's or bosman's.
After all Moyesie promised to his players that there would be a big signing and Moyes being Moyes he won't want to let them down!
I can feel a big signing before the close of play on Monday Night. (y)

I hope you're right in a way.
We're all crying out for a big signing, but I don't think Moyes will sign someone just for the sake of appeasing the fans, it will only be if the player and the price is right.
The good thing about what he's doing, as has already been mentioned, is, he's buying good players on a loan basis, just like he did with Yobo. If it works out, then the stipulation is pre-written in the contract so that we get them for a set price (a la Pienaar). If it doesn't work out, we have no obligation to sign the player, thus, reduced liability.
Despite desperate times (or so we would be led to believe by some of the desperate fans), Moyes is actually playing an extremely financially astute game, and I'll give him some credit.

I still want Moutinho or someone like that though, still got a feeling that, even though we have Castillo, it might be M'Bia.
