Me and a few mates thinking about sacking our 'lads' holiday in favour of InterRailing this Summer. Any of you lot done it before?

At the minute we're looking like Bruges, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Munich, Zurich, Milan, Lyon, Paris. Taking the 15 day ticket to allow us to stay in each place twice.

Any other destinations you would advise taking or even avoiding?

not a beach lover then ?

Personally I'd grab a bargain flight to Greece and go Island Hopping on the Ferries instead.
Rough it in campsites with just a sleeping bag.
Enjoy drunken frolics with the inter-railers that got the extra zone, cos you gonna be pished off turning towards home as the 2 Danish birds you'd happily give everything up for head down through Italy, to get reamed by some Local Fella who gets a jump out of them BOTH by simply going "Tssssss-Tssssss."

Yeah we've all come to realise that we'll be skint come summer and not be able to afford a Summer holiday.
Hahaha, the ****ing locals. Although i've heard from a very reliable source (French bloke at Uni near me), that birds in France LOVE the ever trusty Irish accent. Well, who doesn't!?
But yeah, we're thinking of just roughing it up and staying at campsites and maybe a hostel every so often to get a wash up.
