I just wondered, with the likes of Tim Howard, Joseph Yobo, Steven Pienaar and Joleon Lescott given extended holidays due to international commitments, why did Marouane Fellaini not get given the same?

Surely he was involved in just as many qualifiers as Joleon Lescott?
