International break, good timing for Everton?

As we didn't have so many players out on international duty and our beloved team performing so poorly I got to thinking, has this particular break come just at the right time for us to regroup and kick start our season or has it just given us longer to contemplate things and shudder at what's to come.

I would like to think that the coaching staff have made good use of the time and focused on how we can improve performances and ultimately results moving forward, or am I a dreamer rather than a realist?

We've gone a week unbeaten, the tide is turning. The problem for me is that our confidence is paper thin. The first 15 mins against Burnley, we looked lively then boom, goal conceded, followed by 70 mins of hopelessness. This is how I see the season progressing until someone at the club gets a grip. That guy aint Koeman, so I doubt the break will make a shred of difference unfortunately.

Not sure as I felt that way about the previous international and we were equally poo when we came back!

Something has to change surely! We just never look convincing even before we concede.
