Thinking about trying this out, someone mentioned it to me but I'm not sure I could handle something like that. Has anyone tried it? Apparently it's a big thing now for fitness fanatics.
Will do. Thanks hun.Might chaff your gooch mate, careful
Iv been doing a self made routine at home for 2 months, only lasts 12 mins but is very intensive. noticed a difference in muscles already, but need more resistance or weight. only got 2 x 8 kg kettlebells though... And need to burn more weight off. lost about 12 lbs but then weight went back up. supposedly muscle weight added my mate said. Still gone down one belt notch though! Finally got round to restarting my kettlebells last night, been about 18 months since I last did it. Feels great, 20 min workout and you're all done.
Kettlercise DVD + a couple of bells = no gym for me.
Probably be better for me to work myself up to it too, don't fancy a heart attack or injury before I'm able to get that far. Only exercise I get it walking up the shops a few times a week. If any of you guys have advice on how a terribly unfit man should start I'd sure like to hear it.
My wife has been trying out his 'Hip-Hop Abs' to break herself in gently. I've been running 5km a night for the last 6 months or so...
We're both going to give 'Insanity' a shot in the next few weeks...
The Kettlercise DVD I've got states 'Just for Women', and involves a lot of squats and presses, but it really helps muscle tone too, and I would imagine shreds the fat (I'm a skinny wretch so I wouldn't know!). Certainly not 'Just for Women'.Iv been doing a self made routine at home for 2 months, only lasts 12 mins but is very intensive. noticed a difference in muscles already, but need more resistance or weight. only got 2 x 8 kg kettlebells though...
