Injuries and the summer transfer window

Was thinking the other day, clearly we will never (pre-Usmanov) have bucketloads of cash to spend. How do you think the injuries to McCarthy, Funes Mori, Barkley and even Bolasie affected our plans.

• McCarthy could have got us £20m - we rejected £18m in January apparently.
  
• Barkley - we know we accepted £35m from Chelsea
• Funes Mori - don't think Koeman fancies him, and let's be honest, he isn't good enough. We could have got £20m though as he starts for Argentina.
• Mirallas - did we keep hold because of Bolasie's situation. I would like to think we could get £10-15m for him.
  
• Niasse - We know we accepted a bid £8-10m for him from Palace.
  
  It's crazy that that is almost £100m. Surely if we have recouped that we would have got a striker, a centre back and a left back

Ifs buts and maybes
We could have possibly got that amount but would Koeman have been allowed spend it and would his preferred targets have come.
If they are all fit next summer they may all be sold , with the exception of Barkley of course , he will walk for free and a big signing on fee , unless Koeman goes first and he may stay
